Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash. Payment is due in full at the start of each session.  It is our policy to place a credit card on file through our secure client portal, Simple Practice. Clients can download statements and Super Bills directly through the client portal. 

Insurance:

The Launch Pad ATL does not accept any form of insurance; however, we are able to provide clients with a Super Bill statement, which can be submitted to insurance companies for possible out-of-network benefits. We encourage clients to speak with their insurance company directly about reimbursement options. 

Video Sessions:

The Launch Pad ATL is able to offer confidential and secure video-conferencing sessions, using a secure system called VSee. Our therapists are trained to provide services using this new and innovative technology! If you are interested, please contact us for more information. CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment our practice requires a 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged. You may cancel your appointment by phone or email.
