NEW CLIENT Appointment

New clients are welcome to schedule a FREE, 15 minute consultation through this portal.  Just select “New Client” when making your appointment request. Your therapist will call you at the number provided in your paperwork, at the time of your scheduled phone consultation.

New Client Intake Session - $195 (60 min) 

Standard Session -  $165 (50 min)

Family/Parent Session - $195 (60 min)

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash.  We do not accept checks of any kind.  Payment is due in full at the start of each session.  It is our policy to place a credit card on file through our secure client portal, Simple Practice.  Clients can download statements and Super Bills directly through the client portal. 

Insurance:

The Launch Pad ATL does NOT accept any form of insurance. However, we are able to provide clients with a Super Bill statement, which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible out-of-network benefits. If you do intend to submit to insurance company, please notify us, so that we can ensure proper documentation from the beginning - Thank you!  We encourage clients to speak with your insurance company directly about reimbursement options. 

Video Sessions:

The Launch Pad ATL is able to offer confidential and secure video-conferencing sessions, using a secure system called VSee.  If you are interested, please contact us for more information.  To learn more about VSee and to sign up, please click here

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment our practice requires a 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged.  You may cancel your appointment by phone or email.
