We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash. Payment is due in full at the start of each session. It is The Launch Pad ATL's policy to place a credit card on file through our secure client portal, Simple Practice. Clients can download statements and Super Bills directly through the client portal.
The Launch Pad ATL does not accept any form of insurance; however, we are able to provide clients with a Super Bill statement, which can be submitted to insurance companies for possible out-of-network benefits. We encourage clients to speak with their insurance company directly about reimbursement options.
The Launch Pad ATL is able to offer confidential tele-mental health sessions using a secure video conferencing system called VSee. If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment our practice requires a 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged. You may cancel your appointment by phone or email.
