Role At The Launch Pad ATL  

Annisa serves as the Assistant Clinical Director of The Launch Pad ATL. She is here to answer any questions you may have regarding our therapeutic services.

Annisa also sees individuals, couples & families at The Launch Pad ATL. "Walk & Talk" therapy services are available, as we are conveniently located along Piedmont Park & The Atlanta Beltline. Telemental health services are also available for clients traveling far distances.    

Annisa provides parent coaching & skill building sessions to support parents of adolescents, teens & young adults. Additionally, she provides groups for parents that are designed to provide a space to gain skills & tips to navigate the difficulties of managing family life with an adolescent or teen. Annisa is committed to helping families launch successfully towards a happier, healthier life.

Clinical Background

Annisa Pirasteh, MS, LMFT has worked with individuals, couples, families & adolescents from many cultural backgrounds and from all walks of life. She prides herself on being an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist. Annisa has supported clients presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, transitional life issues, lack of self-worth, grief & loss, emotional disturbance, and sexual identity. Her work with couples & families includes premarital therapy, communication, developing & improving parenting skills, as well as supporting families through separation/divorce. 

As a family therapist,  Annisa tailors each session to fit unique client needs, recognizing that health and well-being affects all members of the family. Her approach to therapy provides a creative and interactive environment for each of her clients to tap into their own strengths, resources & abilities, in order to jump "heart-first" towards lasting change. Annisa's hope is that the time together in therapy, counseling or coaching will be the difference that makes a difference.


Annisa received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Religious Studies from The University of Florida. She earned her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana.
